Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Cinder" - Release Info
Release Date: Spring 2020
The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Cinder" is soon approaching a March release. It seems to follow in line with some of the more muted and tame drops of quarter one products. The color is a warm tone dark charcoal that has a touch brown, which is much lighter in contrast than the triple black 350 V2 or even the static black 350 V2. The sole is a two-tone black and dark caramel, utilizing the back-stripe detailing. This design shows much inspiration from West’s home design style, Wabi-Sabi. The term Wabi-Sabi means to appreciate the beauty of proportion through the natural cycles of life and decay.
Pictured above we see a traditional style decorative cup or catch-all that embodies the core sentiment of the design aesthetic. The charcoal brownish-black has essence of warm bark. West has been pushing the envelope when it comes to design inspiration. We have seen the evolution of the Yeezy 350 series and this one could have taken a pivot in transition when sampling colors. Both products have an unwavering representation for naturally weathered colors that accept the aging process results in an elegant and beautiful fashion. These design considerations should add more time for use and wear before there are detectable blemishes. There is no word if this sneaker will be a region exclusive drop or if there will even be a reflective pair. With a long year of releases ahead of us, where will the Cinder stand in your archive of releases? How do you think the performance experience will handle in contrast to other Adidas basketball sneakers?
